I started training at ASP in 2017 as a high school field hockey player. When I walked into the gym for the first time almost 8 years ago, I never could have imagined how much confidence and strength I would have today. ASP is a one of a kind gym that can tailor to the needs of high school athletes, strength athletes, and individuals looking to improve their health and fitness. There’s a huge variety of equipment, a terrific staff, and even a garden with chickens. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a new gym to call home.
I have been a member of Academy for 6 years. Academy has been the best private gym I have ever trained at. And will continue train at. What makes Academy special is not their equipment. But the people. Jensen(owner) has built a gym to help support any member. Who wants improve their goals. Fellow coaches as Nick, Austin, and Maddie are the best coaches out there. I truly recommend this gym to anyone. No matter what your fitness levels are. Anyone is welcome at Academy.
I have been involved with ASP for 3.5 years. First, with my son through his soccer team, then with my daughter post gymnastics career, and now as an athlete myself for the last 4 months! This staff is knowledgeable, caring, adaptable, and they each have their own unique gifts to bring to the table. They collaborate to help each person that walks in their door, no matter what level of fitness they are at in their life. As a physical therapist, I truly appreciate their scientific, caring approach and the plethora of different equipment they have to adapt to whatever limitations needed to achieve your goals. 💯 recommend!! I’ve been training at ASP since 2021 and the gym members and staff have become like another family to me. I’ve felt comfortable and safe every time I enter, and the 24/7 access to the facility at the price point is a steal. Jensen, the owner, has poured a lot of energy into the space and garden on the side. Not every gym can you train with the best equipment and leave with fresh produce!
I’ve been coming to ASP for roughly 5 years now. Prior to ASP, I had tried other sports performance gyms and hadn’t seen the results I was looking for, if any. Since I started here, I have performed the best I ever have in my sport, been in the best shape, and felt the best I have in my entire life. This is a true testament to the people at ASP, who make this gym a special place and push everyone to be the best version of themselves. Top notch all around from the programming to the facilities to the people!
